Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not be located in, or be a resident of, a country embargoed by the United States or the European Union, or a jurisdiction where earning crypto rewards is prohibited.
• You may operate only one account per person and per household. Use of VPNs, proxies, emulators, scripts, or virtual machines to circumvent this is grounds for permanent ban.

2. Your account

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at hello@vetwall.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Offers and rewards

VetWall displays third-party offers supplied by external offerwall providers (e.g., Lootably, BitLabs, CPX Research). When you complete an offer that the provider validates, we credit your VetWall balance with VTHO or VET as displayed on the offer at the time you started it.

Reward availability, eligibility rules, and payout amounts are set by the offer provider and may change without notice. We do not guarantee any minimum amount of inventory or earnings.

If a provider reverses a completion (chargeback, fraud, KYC failure, early cancellation, etc.), we will reverse the corresponding credit from your balance. If your available balance is insufficient at the time of reversal, the negative amount carries forward and is offset against future earnings.

4. Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal threshold is currently 10 VET or 5,000 VTHO, subject to change with notice.
• Withdrawals are batched and broadcast to the VeChain network on a regular cadence (typically daily). On-chain transactions are irreversible.
• You are responsible for providing a correct VeChain wallet address. We are not liable for funds sent to a wrong, lost, or compromised address.
• We may delay, hold, or refuse a withdrawal if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms, until the matter is resolved.
• Reward balances do not earn interest and have no cash value with us until withdrawn to your wallet.

5. Crypto risk disclosure

VET and VTHO are cryptocurrencies whose market value fluctuates and may go to zero. VetWall does not provide investment, financial, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for understanding the tax treatment of crypto earnings in your jurisdiction.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts, share accounts, or trade/sell accounts.
• Use bots, scripts, click farms, emulators, or automated tools to complete offers.
• Falsify location, identity, or device information to access offers you wouldn't otherwise qualify for.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or its security mechanisms.
• Submit fraudulent, abusive, or illegal content.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.

Violation may result in: forfeiture of pending balance, account suspension or permanent ban, reversal of completed offers, and reporting to offerwall providers and (when warranted) law enforcement.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@vetwall.xyz. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we're required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

8. Intellectual property

The VetWall name, logo, site design, and all source code are owned by VetWall and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. Offer creatives, trademarks, and content displayed in offerwalls are the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that offers will be accurate, that completions will always credit, or that the service will be free of errors or downtime.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetWall and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the value of rewards credited to your account in the 90 days preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VetWall and its operators from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VetWall's operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis (no class actions) by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll email registered users at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
